Good deal on a CX5 I went to Pacifico Mazda looking for a CX3. As a new father, I needed more space and was trading my beloved VW Jetta. I ended up checking out the CX5 I went to Pacifico Mazda looking for a CX3. As a new father, I needed more space and was trading my beloved VW Jetta. I ended up checking out the CX5 instead and loved it; Gabe Delgasio helped me out. He was nice, honest and kept in touch without being overly aggressive - just right. After doing my homework and comparing offers with other Mazda dealers, I went back to Pacifico and got a good deal. I said goodbye to my Jetta and welcomed a brand new CX5 to the family. My only recommendation would be to expedite the sales process! Despite the fact that I visited the dealer twice, I felt like it took forvever to finally sit down, crush the numbers and sign. Anyways, I still very happy with the experience. More

Lamont was wonderful and helped me the entire process. I came in for a CX-3 and left with the CX-5...the 5 was completely different feel, ride, and look to the 3...so much better overall and 2.5 engine. The sales team also got me a great deal for my trade in which helped to close the deal. The entire team at Pacifico Mazda did a great job! More
Lamot went out of his way to help me get my Miata Lamont made me feel right at home from the minute I walked into Pacifico. I was looking for a 2017 Miata Grand Touring which was on the showroom floor Lamont made me feel right at home from the minute I walked into Pacifico. I was looking for a 2017 Miata Grand Touring which was on the showroom floor. I test drove it on a Thursday got a price for the car and all the fees then went back again Saturday to close the deal. Lamont answered all of my questions and was very easy to work with. Since I didn't want to trade my Mustang in, I asked Lamont if he could follow me to my house in NJ 15 miles away drop off the Mustang and then drive me back to the dealership to pick up my Miata. He said he could do it! I have nothing but good things to say about Lamont. I can safely say I have never said that about any other car salesman I have ever dealt with. Thanks again Lamont for a smooth process which enabled me to get my 60th birthday present a 2017 Miata Grand Touring! More

I explained I Only Wanna shop I do not want to buy. Gabe was very patient. I explain how much I want my payment to be how much money I had to put down, the dealership work with me and by the end of the night I have a brand new 2017 Mazda 3 with less than 20 miles. I recommend this dealership I'm a happy camper! Thank you. More
Never again. Just had a rather terrible purchase experience with this dealer. Being up front with Devin about purchasing this certified vehicle, called ahead and confirmed they actually have the car in the lot, and visited this dealer same day, somehow, magically they could not find the car anywhere in the lot so they could not show it to us. Test drove some other cars that we were not intend to buy. >4 hours wasted (2 hr commute round trip and 2.5 hours in the dealership). Was promised to be-able to locate the car and have it ready to purchase today by Devin. Therefore we went back saw the car today, happy with the car and even wrote the check and paid for it right there, then we waited 3.5 HOURS and didn't even get to sign the paperworks. We were first told by Devin the business manager (Jason?) was "taking care of someone else", then 3 hours later, it was 9:30pm at that time and nobody even came up and explained to us why it's taking so long. I had to walk out and find Devin and then got some answer, magically again, they could not find the TITLE!! WHAT? You don't just promise the customer you can buy it today and not have a freaking TITLE ready! You don't promise the customer you can check out the car today and not have the CAR ready! So much for taking care of your customer! We arrived right after work at 6:45pm and didn't got home till 11pm for two days straight and still couldn't get a satisfied answer. Jason explained to me something like the car only been instock for 14 days, and normally you wouldn't expect the car to be sold this fast bluh bluh, we TOLD Devin yesterday we were going to make a decision today and you still don't expect it to be sold? I don't understand why dont a dealership expect their cars to be sold asap. Also, one of the employee even joked about giving him MORE money after he cleared our check. I was SHOCKED, for many hours wasted at this place aren't you supposed to compensate us instead? So at 10:15pm, we left the dealer with a DEALER'S tag, didn't finish any paperwork given already PAID for the car, extremely unsatisfied. It just feels like this dealer doesn't care to even try to make this unnecessary wait smoother, nor willing to do anything to even make us feel better. More

She explained every feature of the vehicle and when I had questions, she was able to quickly answer them. Once I settled on a vehicle, Brian worked with the numbers with my husband and I and was super helpful and showed us everything. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of (as I had felt at a few other dealers I had visited). I felt like they were being truthful with me the whole time, not to mention they were a lot of fun to talk to and joke with throughout the process. I would definitely send my friends and family to Pacifico and would recommend Dahlia and Brian in a heartbeat! More
