If you're looking for a decent deal I would suggest that you look around. I was certainly well overcharged, however, I just didn't have the time to start over somewhere else. An Overall Great Experience My experience at Pacifico was really good. My salesman was JP (Juan) and he was very nice and patient. He had the exact car I was looking for at a rea My experience at Pacifico was really good. My salesman was JP (Juan) and he was very nice and patient. He had the exact car I was looking for at a really great deal, so going with them was easy to choose. They did a great job of working with us and what my budget requirements were and got my loan payments to exactly where I wanted it to be. Everyone was really nice and helpful. My only complaints were due to timing. The first visit took close to 3 hours. Most of that time is due to waiting. There was only one sales manager there who was in contact with the banks to figure out our financing and the rest of the staff needed his assistance as well. On our second visit, we set up an appointment to buy the car and we ended up being there for 3 1/2 hours waiting for the Finance Dept to be ready for us to complete the transaction. (Once we did get to him, Christopher was really quick, apologetic, and very nice) The next morning my tire pressure light came on and while my tires were supposed to be checked and filled to 36/35psi before they sold me the car, they were down to 27psi (which means they were never checked like they said they were). That is a small oversight though- and easy for me to fix myself. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I would absolutely recommend this dealership and JP to other people looking for a new vehicle. More

But all in all I was not looking to make a jump right away but JP made it easy to commit that day because of how awesome, helpful and professional. I had a horrible experience with the Mazda dealership in Maple Shade, NJ. I knew what I wanted I was just looking for a reputable dealership that would give me a good price. Harry was very easy to work with and we quickly came to an agreement about price, including value for my trade in vehicle. Juan Landivar helped me with all of the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, and he also explained the vehicle features to me. He is very nice and easy to work with, and he also followed up with me several times to see how I liked the vehicle and if I had any questions. If you are working with a salesman I recommend Juan. This dealership in general is very nice and low key, I live in NJ and drove 50 minutes to this specific dealership because of their customer service. More
