Everyone at the dealership goes above and beyond to please the customer from first meeting just looking around all the way through service. I have dealt with many dealerships over my years but none of please the customer from first meeting just looking around all the way through service. I have dealt with many dealerships over my years but none of those compared to Pacifico. Will continue to recommend to family and friends. Just the little things such as the salesperson Juan Landivar holding the door for us every time. And Jorge Caputo making every effort possible to make sure the time waiting for service was pleasant. To sum up Pacifico is now the only dealership I will use in the future because of all of these small things which are big to me. Keep up the great work! Tim M Phila. More

RIP OFF! We are a Bodyshop who took a car there to be serviced only to be forced three times to pay to have something corrected that still has not been correc We are a Bodyshop who took a car there to be serviced only to be forced three times to pay to have something corrected that still has not been corrected. Codes would not clear after repairing. To ensure correction before release to customer, we took it to them. Replaced three items and car still not corrected. We don’t have money for you to guess what’s wrong. Your the dealer, your supposed to know what’s wrong. Bad service to extort money out of your pockets. Never had a issue prior to this. Shocked. More
