Juan Pablo Landivar was very helpful . He is a gentleman who explained the process and answered all my questions. Juan was left a message and the next business day he searched the whole property inside and out . He then searched our trade in. Finally finding wallet in a car we took for a test drive but didn't purchase . We did end up buying a car that day and Juan took care of everything . He switched our tags , gassed up our new car , and called our insurance company to drop coverage on the trade in and add new car . I’d never purchased a car from out of state before, but Drew, his colleague Dylan Price, along with the rest of the Pacifico Mazda team, made the transaction seamless. Even on his day off Drew quickly responded to my questions. Drew & Dylan were transparent & professional throughout the entire process. I trained it to Philly and was provided a cab to the dealership from the train station. The sale was completed with no surprises or attempts to up sell.
