Although I didn't purchase my Mazda at this dealership, I've gone there since I got my car (Apr 2020). I have been disappointed the past two visits. This visit, I had a trip coming up and the dealership ma I've gone there since I got my car (Apr 2020). I have been disappointed the past two visits. This visit, I had a trip coming up and the dealership made NO accommodation for me leaving my car there for my 4 day trip (3 nights), while it needed service. When I brought it in for what I believe to be the engine shield hanging off, this man suggested leaving the shield on. I wanted to look at the shield myself. Not only did the man "helping" me repeatedly say "I would not do that if I were you", he did not seem to budge until finally I got more serious. He THEN told me it would be a $30 to take this shield off? Even though my car was already there also being serviced? I don’t necessarily believe that "the customer is always right", but I DO expect the people I work with to be kind and try to be accommodating. I don’t believe I will be returning for my services.
