Eric was very knowledgeable, explain many key points about the cars. We went in looking at cx-30 and when we actually could see it's size, he showed us the cx-5 & 50. He was extremely accommodating, he started everything so on Tuesday we brought in our deposit and left with our new car, Eric explain many details about our new car and quickly helped my wife and I download the Mazda app and use it. We returned Wednesday because the loan officer wasn't in the office on Tuesday. Everything went well. We went to look at other car brands and so I was not happy with many of the other sales pitch, but Eric was genuine, straight forward, gentleman. I really liked these new Mazdas, when we decide to maybe upgrade to the 90, we will come back to Eric More
