Deeply disappointed w/ most recent service on 28 Sep, 2022. An oil change should never take a whole day. I had an appt f/ 8:00 a.m. and my car wasn't ready for pick up til 4:00 p.m. The fact that I had o 2022. An oil change should never take a whole day. I had an appt f/ 8:00 a.m. and my car wasn't ready for pick up til 4:00 p.m. The fact that I had other appts and errands scheduled for the later portion of the afternoon was of no concern- clearly. Multiple phone calls went unanswered as I tried reaching Service to try and understand how much longer the service would take and if I'd be able to scoop my kids up and make it to their appts on time. I initially tried @ 11:30 and was told my car had just been pulled into the bay, then again @ 1:00, 1:30, and 2:30. Not one xxup call at all. So I was forced to cancel their appts and then infuriated to see that my receipt stated all my tires were set to the proper pressure setting but when I got in my vehicle the dash showed me my tires were never even looked at?? I intended to take care of quite a few errands but nothing hurt me more than not being able to make it to the cemetery to say Happy Birthday to my Mother. The cemetery closed at 4 p.m. Trust, integrity, and honesty are core values that should never be played with. Do better Pacifico Hyundai. More

Horiffic Customer Service and Bad Business Practice. Brought my car in for service August 8th. August 9th, Received a text from Dennis Golden that my car "Runs Perfect." August 11th, pay $1,180 at cashi Brought my car in for service August 8th. August 9th, Received a text from Dennis Golden that my car "Runs Perfect." August 11th, pay $1,180 at cashier. Start car. Car engine shaking. Didnt make it to the light not 50 feet away. Lost power. Misfiring. Forced to go over bridge by traffic. Engine stalling. Engine smoking burning electrical in my car and out windows. State of panic. Nowhere to pull over. Almost hit 3 people crossing street. Received all loud backlash, denials that he ever stated the car runs perfect. Denied for a refund. Denied to speak to a General Manager. Called to speak to Mr. Flynn. Was told he left the company. Denied to speak to the Vice President. Told Charles Carmichael I want a refund. He stated, "Is that what you want?" I stated, "Yes" I have not received a refund. Was told by the Sales General Manager that he doesnt know who the General Manager is. That he would find out and call me. Never received a phone call. Zero Initiative to resolve this matter from anyone at Pacifico Hyndai. I have had to disbute the charges. Put in Complaints with the: Attorney Generals Office, The Federal Trade Commission, The Better Business Bureau. I want a Full refund! I want this Matter Resolved! I want my car back! I want to speak to the General Manager! I want to speak to the Vice President! I want to Speak to Someone at the Top of The Chain to Resolve this Matter! I want this Resolved Today! More
