Had my car service at this location for a recall and could not get ahold of anyone at the dealership for hours when it was time to pick up my car. Was never notified that my original appointment had to could not get ahold of anyone at the dealership for hours when it was time to pick up my car. Was never notified that my original appointment had to be rescheduled, for technical issues in their part, until I arrived at my appointment and was told I'dhave to come back. My review is of the service department. It is horrific. I was lied to and abused by the staff. It was horrific. They only return a call if they think you're going to make a formal complaint. The service dept doesnt even know what kind of oil they use, per the specs in the manual. Customer service defends their behavior. More
