Had my car service at this location for a recall and could not get ahold of anyone at the dealership for hours when it was time to pick up my car. Was never notified that my original appointment had to could not get ahold of anyone at the dealership for hours when it was time to pick up my car. Was never notified that my original appointment had to be rescheduled, for technical issues in their part, until I arrived at my appointment and was told I'dhave to come back. Zero communication from this dealership. More

My review is of the service department. It is horrific. I was lied to and abused by the staff. Ask them about something in the maintenance book, and I was insulted and abused, also lied to It is horrific. I was lied to and abused by the staff. Ask them about something in the maintenance book, and I was insulted and abused, also lied to about what they did or did not do the car. I try to get a returned phone call or email, it won't happen. It was horrific. They only return a call if they think you're going to make a formal complaint. The service dept doesnt even know what kind of oil they use, per the specs in the manual. Customer service defends their behavior. More

I have been given a difficult time in the past by one service department staff person and another one recently. I purchased my cars from this dealership and have been coming to Essington ave for about 13 service department staff person and another one recently. I always as for Chris Harmon, Michael Honahan (sorry mike) and now James the new service manager. They are the BEST!!! More
