Horrible Service Department I took my car to Pacifico Hyundai twice in that last 2 months. Both times I had made an appointment online. I had to make an appointment online beca I took my car to Pacifico Hyundai twice in that last 2 months. Both times I had made an appointment online. I had to make an appointment online because I was unable to get an actual person on the phone in the service department and my voicemail messages were not returned. The first time I went there I waited 3 hours for them to tell me that they needed to order a part. They assured me that they would call when my part came in. After 2 weeks of waiting I finally called to see if the part came in, of course it took serveral attempts and more unanswered voicemails for me to get an acutal person on the phone who told me my part came in quite a while ago. I went ahead and made another appointment to get the part installed, thinking I would have another 3 hours wait I opted to use the shuttle service thist time. 2 days before my scheudled appt, I get a call telling me if I do not call and schedule an appt that they will send my part back! I tried to call them back and tell them that I had an appt in 2 days and not to send my part back, but of course again I was unable to get anyone on the phone and again my voicemail messages went unanswered. I make my appt for 11am and indicated that I would like the shuttle service. When I asked how long the repair would take they said 1.5-2 hours. After waiting an hour and the shuttle still had not arrrived I opted to just wait for my car to be finished. I was there for over 3 hours. This service department is a DISASTER! Please save yourself time and frustration and take your car someone else. In my opinion this dealership only cares about selling cars not servicing them. There is no point in making an appointment with the service department because they will treat everyone as a 'walk-in' and make you wait anyways. More

Will have the machanics find the proble, no matter how long it takes. She will than let me know what the problem is and before it is fixed. Will quote me the exact cost. That is very important when on a fix Income. She double checks to see if the problem can be fixed under my warranty. In addition , if it's something that can wait until next vist. Will let me know. She always return my call within a reasonable amount of time. She explains every step of the process and lets me know of all future routin maintenance my car is called for. Lisa was not a service advisor but she says to me tell me what is going on with your vehicle maybe I can try to answer your questions and she did. Lisa was very professional, caring, and took the time for me. After she went over some issues with me she scheduled me an appointment......She gave me her extension if I ever have a issue getting through to anyone and that she will help me. Excellent Customer Service I came to Pacifico Hyundai in September 2013 to bring my former car (2000 Hyundai Sonata) in for service. When I found out from the service departme I came to Pacifico Hyundai in September 2013 to bring my former car (2000 Hyundai Sonata) in for service. When I found out from the service department how much it would cost me to fix my Sonata, I figured it was probably time to get another vehicle. Funny as this may seem, I saw a Hyundai Genesis online at the Pacifico Hyundai location a week before I brought my Sonata in for service and was thought it would be nice if I could get that car. At that time, it was wishful thinking for me. Well, when I saw that Pacifico Hyundai still had the car, I was very suprise because it is a beautiful car. This nice lady (Jodi Delia) came up to me and my boyfriend and asked is if we needed some help. We stated to Jodi that I was interested in the Genesis model and if we could test drive it. Well we did and it was great, the car is beautiful. From there, Jodi helped me with the process all the way, from the financing piece to having all the bells and whistles of a great warranty on the car. The process was less stressful for me because Jodi was soooo AWESOME in her customer service and knowledge. I GREATLY APPRECIATE her because I was just starting a new job and I needed reliable transportation. I DEFINITELY reccommend Jodi at Pacifico Hyundai, she is wonderful with her friendly personality and her caring ability towards others. More
In for a recall out with a brand new Mazda We came into Pacifico Hyundai for the sole purpose of having 3 recalls repaired. It was a rainy dismal day and we came in with books and an IPad to help us make it through a long boring wait. During the wait we were approached by a lovely woman named Kelly. She asked that if anyone who had an older model would be interested in looking at a brand new vehicle. To my surprise my husband jumped up to say sure. From this point we became introduced to Jodi Delia in sales. She took us under her wing and was so amazing. Jodi doesn't sell cars as a typical car sales person. Her knowledge is impressive, her enthusiasm is infectious and she truly looked out for our best interests. Working in a male dominated profession, Jodi rises to the top and kicks the pants off any male car sales person that I've ever met. We came away from the experience with a great car at a great price and a brand new friend named Jodi. More
I first met Cliff back in 2009-2010. At that time he was in the Hyundai service dept. The friendliest and most courteous service rep I have ever seen. I have always appreciated the fact that Cliff will be s in the Hyundai service dept. The friendliest and most courteous service rep I have ever seen. I have always appreciated the fact that Cliff will be straight up about whatever your vehicle issues may be and advise you the of the best way to address the concern. Cliff has over and over again proven to be honest, straightforward, and he takes care of his customers. Cliff is extremely customer oriented, others there ''um not so much''...
