15 M check up I took my car in for a 15M mile checkup. I was seen immediately , my car fully checked and was on my way in no time. The service advisors can't do enough for you. I usually deal with Dennis Golden. Could not ask for better service. He goes out of his way to make your visit an enjoyable one. More
I always receive excellent service when I come to you! I continued to for the services I receives even though I believe it covered under the warranty. I also felt, from the e-mail that encouraged me to come in, I was to receive some bonus discounts for the advertisement of which I did not receive. I love my car and appreciate the service, so now if I'm treated fairly-properly and honestly when I'm invoiced for payment, my respect and appreciation for the company will be even greater than my wholeheartedly fulfillment I have now!!! We know that of course it would cost more at Pacifico comparing to other auto repair shops but we trust Pacifico who know our car and would do a proper knowledgeable maintenance on it. The nice and clean waiting room (with beverage and Philly pretzel) also a plus while I waited for my car. Stepp Steven was super nice and kept me updated thru out my wait! More

They get the job done I was in and out within the hour. I needed a new battery for the key fob and they addressed 2 recalls fron Hyundai in a timely fashion. First "Official" New Car Appointment - 7500 mile checkup I made my appointment online a couple of weeks ago - looking for the soonest "first thing in the morning" appointment. Got an 8:15AM appointment abou I made my appointment online a couple of weeks ago - looking for the soonest "first thing in the morning" appointment. Got an 8:15AM appointment about 10 days. Called to confirm and to ask about how long the appt would last - they said about an hour. - Pulled in - a very friendly man took my information, helped me out of the car. Make sure you have your Warrenty Coupon Book - and keep it in the glove compartment so you always have it available, as when I checked in, the Service Manager used the coupons and there was no charge for the service! - Waiting Room is clean and pleasant. Great coffee machine and the Philly Soft Pretzels were a tasty surprise - and much appreciated. - They need stronger WIFI signal, as I brought my IPad, but was unable to use it for Internet access. Luckily I had books downloaded. - Car was ready in just over 1 hour - and all was well. - Got a coupon for a free car wash - Didn't realize I had to drive around the block for this (thought they do this before they bring the car back to you). Unfortunately, the carwash was broken, so I have the coupon and just have to find a reason to come back to Pacifico to use it. More
