I was able to drive off after getting the paperwork signed. Nick was trustworthy and didnt try to upsell things I didnt need, and got the paperwork done right. Other than wishing the test drive had been longer, I am very satisfied with my car and my service and will be returning for car services. More

Then had brake issue. had to fight for a rental then had to pay a deposit on the rental. they kept my car for 5 days gave the car back to me wasn't fixed. Argued again with them about not being able to bring the car in on a saturday. They gave me my car back with 112 miles on it no gas and ez pass used and the brakes still squeeled. I'm only giving a 1 because I'm not able to give a zero. I blame the sales department for this also with all their promises upon buying a car with them. More

Good Service, Great Time Every time I bring my car in everyone is so professional and very accommodating. Dennis and Everett in the Service Dept. are great and extremely nice Every time I bring my car in everyone is so professional and very accommodating. Dennis and Everett in the Service Dept. are great and extremely nice. They always greet you when you come in for service and come out and explain everything in detail that needs to be done and/or has been done to your car. But the level of service doesn't end there, they mechanics who get your car as soon as you pull in the garage are good and the young lady that checks you out when you settle your payment for services is also great. I love the complimentary WIFI as well as the coffee, tea and Philly soft pretzels that are in the waiting room, which makes it nice to wait for your car. I actually can sit there and get work done while I'm waiting for my vehicle. Also I like to walk up to the showroom and see what new cars they have in there as well. All around great experience and I love my Pacifico for Life Membership which yields me free oil changes with my coupons. Thanks for being a class act! More
