They are not reliable! Worte customer service ever! They are unreliable; do not trust a word you are hearing from people sitting in the service counter as the service manage Worte customer service ever! They are unreliable; do not trust a word you are hearing from people sitting in the service counter as the service manager said you might be lying (they kicked out that person and now do not take responsibility for their employer words)! I have been their customer for six years. All of my services were there. Last January, I replaced four tires, and two of the tires got bubbles in nine months, and I replaced my tires somewhere else as it was so dangerous driving the car (the only time that I did any businesses for my car somewhere else). When I got there on February 1st for service, I complained about the issue and counterman, Jim, told me that I could follow up with Hyundai customer service (HCS) to get reimbursed. I did os, and after so many calls with HCS and tire manufacturer, I got ticket number, and I was told that dealer could follow up on this issue, not me. So, I called back and talked to Jim; he said that he would follow it. After a week, I called, and he said that they are following it. A week after, I called, and he said that the check had been issued, and it would be mailed. OK, all looks good! After two weeks, I called to say that I have not received any checks that Mike, the service manager, told me that Jim was kicked out, and I am lying about the story!!!! Good to know, after six years, you are treating me like this! Your staffs need retraining to learn to respect customers and to be reliable and avoid wasting others' time. I have filed a complaint about the problem for the managers, and I have received no response since that day. Thank you so much for being such an honest, professional, responsive, and reliable dealer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
