After a total of 11 dealerships & four private-party sales, I returned to Susan and purchased. The only complaint I have is how long it took to sign papers and drive off. I was actually at the dealership in early January 2015 and the wait time was so ridiculously long I left. All in all though, my experience exceeded my expectations. I left with a good feeling and would recommend the dealership to other people. More
