Finance Managers Ruined the Purchase I came to this location to test drive a vehicle the dealership had listed on their website. It took over an hour for them to even locate the car and w I came to this location to test drive a vehicle the dealership had listed on their website. It took over an hour for them to even locate the car and when they did it looked as though it had been off the selling lot for months. It was falling apart and filthy on the inside. The salesperson kept telling me that his manager took it out on a test drive the day before and the interior told another story. The salesman talked about leasing so I test drove a new vehicle and decided it wasn't financially for me and I would look at a different used vehicle. It also took him almost an hour to find a new vehicle for me to test drive. The sales manager came over to "talk to me" about why I wouldn't lease a brand new car. The pressure and guilt nonsense from car dealers. We test drove a used vehicle and I decided I wanted to purchase it. They rejected my pre-approval check (cash basically) because I had changed my name a few months ago. I even brought the court documents proving the name on the check was in fact me. They decided to run me under their financing programs which I agreed to. I sat there for TWO hours which would have been three if I hadn't threatened to leave. Five minutes later, they found financing for me but I was making a down payment with a card under my previous name, the same name on the check they refused. Except they would accept my court documents as proof of identity to use the card for a down payment. I walked out upset at how much of my time they wasted at this location. They were disorganized, the cars are poorly cleaned up for sales, but primarily they change their policies as it benefits them at the expense of the customer. The salesman actually was fine and I recommend Michael. However, his manager's over aggressive interference and the finance managers completely ruined the sale. Would never return to this dealership and do not recommend them to anyone. More

Greg took care of the problem immediately and we were able to pick-up the responder the next day. More

Painless Transaction I always dread having to get a new car because I don't know anything about them and I don't like to haggle. It had been 13 years since I went through the process. Gregory took all the pain away. He was knowledgeable and basically a very good educator. He explained things I had no idea existed and that includes most technology. I didn't feel any pressure and Gregory and the dealership were very accommodating to my needs. I feel confident that I got a good deal and even more confident that they will take care of me if I need them. I recommend Gregory and the Pacifico team without reservation. More

I thought Greg Glascoe was such an honest and trustworthy salesperson that I called him again. Last week my 1997 Pacifico Ford Taurus finally died. I called Greg - told him what I wanted and he had a car waiting for me when I got there. In fact, the lease price was great, but it was even better when he surprised me the day I came in to sign my papers. Greg upgraded my Sonata from an SE to a Sport package for the same monthly lease price!!!!! What a great person!!!! He is honest, and he is trustworthy. He will not disappoint. Also Ed Dunning made the lease signing process a breeze. I was in and out of there. He explained everything that I needed to know. Thanks! Thank you Greg and the Hyundai Team!! More

The only recommendation I have is when a customer hasn't owned in a while, take time to talk about what is under the hood; how to check fluids, show that the fluids are full, talk about the tires, tire care, and any advice our helpful tips that'd would extend the health of the car And possibly save the new owner money and worry.
