I didn't expect it to take quite that long, but we were able to entertain ourselves and it wasn't a big problem. The staff was friendly and provided refreshments while we waited. In the end, this didn't really affect our overall impression of the dealership. Everything else was fine, so the wait time is the only thing I am able to criticize. More
