He was professional and knowledgeable about the car, but it took far longer than expected, as we were there all afternoon. I don't think it was a reflection on him, but the way the dealership is laid out- jumping from his desk at Mazda to Hyundai, to Ford for car keys, etc. I'm not sure what they could do to improve the logistics, but we watched all the salesmen walk in and out of each dealership all afternoon. This has to be taxing on both the dealership and the buyer. We were very satisfied at the end, as Lamont confirmed that we had chosen the right car. More
