Great Service We drove from Maryland to buy a specific car, a 2015 Genesis, and worked with Lamont Dean. He was professional and knowledgeable about the car, but it took far longer than expected, as we were there all afternoon. I don't think it was a reflection on him, but the way the dealership is laid out- jumping from his desk at Mazda to Hyundai, to Ford for car keys, etc. I'm not sure what they could do to improve the logistics, but we watched all the salesmen walk in and out of each dealership all afternoon. This has to be taxing on both the dealership and the buyer. We were very satisfied at the end, as Lamont confirmed that we had chosen the right car. More

Customer service put this dealership over the top!! We went in to lease an Elantra because of the competitive price. The pricing was excellent , but because of the attention and service we received fro We went in to lease an Elantra because of the competitive price. The pricing was excellent , but because of the attention and service we received from Steve Cromartie, we ended up leasing three cars. Steve was professional, knowledgeable and has a tremendous personality. He was tremendously accommodating, and I am only sorry that I didn't need a fourth car! When I do need another car, I cannot imagine the circumstances that would make me go to any other dealer other than Pacifico and to any other salesman other than Steve. More
