service department Absolutely horrible was told didnt need appointment for an oil change then wasn't able to get the car in when i brought it there. Then had brake issu Absolutely horrible was told didnt need appointment for an oil change then wasn't able to get the car in when i brought it there. Then had brake issue. had to fight for a rental then had to pay a deposit on the rental. they kept my car for 5 days gave the car back to me wasn't fixed. Argued again with them about not being able to bring the car in on a saturday. They gave me my car back with 112 miles on it no gas and ez pass used and the brakes still squeeled. I'm only giving a 1 because I'm not able to give a zero. I blame the sales department for this also with all their promises upon buying a car with them. More
