This is long overdue. Where do i begin. I came into the dealership just looking at the Hyundai Sonata with no intent to buy that day. I hate the whole car buying experience it is just a hassle, all the ba dealership just looking at the Hyundai Sonata with no intent to buy that day. I hate the whole car buying experience it is just a hassle, all the back and forth with numbers and payments. I walked into the front door and was greeted by Michelle, her welcome was very warm and put me at ease. She asked me what brought me in today, and i said i wanted a brochure on the Sonata. She told me that she haD something better then a brochure, she introduced me to Robert. I told her that all i really needed was a brochure, but she told me that she would love the opportunity to give me all the information that i needed while i was there to help with my buying decision. I agreed. Robert expained the Sonata to me took me on a test drive and then brought me back inside to go over some numbers. He came back to me with the numbers, which i did not agree upon, in the middle of the negotiation Michelle came over and sat down with me and we discussed the numbers together. I told her that i liked the car but $27000 was a little out of my budget We went over all of the equipement in the vehicle, she asked me my driving habits, how many miles i drive to work etc..and asked if i could buy a vehicle with all of those options, save money on gas, and save myself a few thousand dollars, would i be interested in taking a look. I said absolutely. Well to make a long story short, I love my new Elantra Limited. Michelle was awesome, she listened, and was understanding of my budget and needs, she was very direct with her answers, no BS, and was very proud of where she worked. She showed me the service department, introduced me to everyone in the dealership, and even made sure that i was signed up for my first free oil change. It was very refreshing to deal with a woman sales manager, you do not see many in that position, so hats off to Pacifico for hiring her she is an asset to your company. I will bring all of my family and friends to her from here on out.. THANKS AGAIN MICHELLE...YOU ARE AWESOME More

I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER AND PURCHASED MY NEW SONATA FROM THEM! Pacifico honored my special pricing certificate (USAA) without question and worked diligently to locate my preferred car in th NEW SONATA FROM THEM! Pacifico honored my special pricing certificate (USAA) without question and worked diligently to locate my preferred car in the color I wanted even though it wasn’t in stock (a hard-to-find Sonata Limited 2.0T). They had the lowest price of the 3 dealers provided in the pricing certificate (Pacifico, Colonial & Porter). They were straight up, easy to work with, not pushy at all and met all my expectations! Overall the experience was terrific and it was well worth it to wait a bit to get exactly what I wanted!--I love my Limited Turbo Sonata!! This is exactly the opposite of the horrible experience I had at Colonial Hyundai in Downingtown (didn’t go to Porter, the closest dealer to me as their price was way out of line). Colonial played games, told me my special pricing (and matching Pacifico’s lowest price quote) was not possible, wouldn't honor my $500 Military Rebate, tried to up-sell (a maintenance package) to offset my special pricing and used hard-sell tactics with an unfriendly attitude ("why can't you give us a (down payment) check today; what are you waiting for"...etc.). I told them up front that they had to match Pacifico’s price and locate a vehicle in MY color choice since they didn’t have it in stock. After all, the “Car Czar” at Colonial “says” he will match any other dealer’s price in his ads—guess his salespeople and floor managers didn’t get the memo… I even told them that I would prefer to buy from THEM since they are 20 miles away from me and Pacifico is about 45 (miles away) AS LONG AS they matched Pacifico’s price on the color choice I wanted. When they failed to match Pacifico’s price and refused to locate the color car I wanted, I walked away. Then, ironically they pursued me with calls, texts and even letters from the SM AND GSM telling me that they would do "anything" to get my business ("just tell us what we need to do"...). I told them plainly at that point (since they were annoying me) that if they had not played games from the outset that they (and not Pacifico) would get my business--simple as that. They had one chance and they blew it. Bottom line: STAY AWAY from Colonial (unless you want games, a hard sell and like being f***** with) and GO TO Pacifico instead--they are awesome! More
