I must start with the dealership...Very Very Very Nice. Joe came out to welcome my wife and I. I think he took notice that we didn't want to be rushed and needed to take in the inventory. He allowed us and time and when ready took us out on a fantastic test drive. Upon return he explained the car in full detail which most we already knew so it was refreshing to hear honest talk for a change. Now we have been to a couple of dealers and notice alot of negatives. We were seated at Joe's desk and notice some of his co-workers asking him several questions. We started to revert back to out past dealer visits but this was diffrent. We took notice that Joe was just so full of info that we were pleased to know we had a salesman that actually knew his product.We wanted a new Sonata Gls and again we had a couple of number's from the other dealers so we had an ideal number we were buying at.Joe showed us his number and we were not close at all. In my mind this was the turning point. Of course we were ready to leave and Joe started talking to us,I can tell he read our reaction and started doing something I have never noticed in all the years I have brought cars. He stood his ground on the price but started explaining to us that within the price he showed us that we would be getting his own personal services. We were really blown away with the fact that in all the dealerships we went to not one even mentioned service after the sale. Without getting into detail on price we brought our brand new car 1000.00 above what we wanted to spend. Joe gave us time to discuss the price again another factor we enjoyed having, most dealers want to hover around you with no space to think. In that discussion my wife and I thought we want to pay for what we get. In final we pay cheaper most likely we get cheaper service. I don't recommend Joe Harmer I strongly urge anyone who is in the market for a Hyundai to go see Joe at Pacifico Hyundai. More

I cant believe I got a new car!!! I came to pacifico to have my oil change. I decided I would sit in some of the showroom cars while I waited for my car to be serviced. As I sat in the mazda 2 Jim came over and introduced himelf. He told me about the mazda. He was very professional, polite and it seem like he knew everyting about the car. He also wasnt very pushy like I've come to expect from salesmen. I just thought it was a cute car but Jim proved it to be much more. I liked it so much when he gave me the numbers, it was an offer I couldnt refuse... So I didn't. Needless to say I got a new car and I love it. Thank you pacifico and james fishburn. More
I came into Pacifico Mazda looking to test drive a Mazda 3. My sales consultant Chris was very kind and helpful. He knew a lot about the Mazda 3 and I felt no pressure the whole time I was there. Very intimidated about purchasing a car, and had a shaky initial test drive with an Elantra that apparently needed a new transmission -- put was perfect otherwise. Sales Manager Michelle Peverelle was in constant email contact with me about the transmission replacement process (it took over a week to get the parts), and she connected me with Dwayne Johnson for a final test drive. We purchased the car with him, and despite it being the very end of the day, he was VERY sweet and patient in walking me through the process since it was my first purchase. I think he might have even stayed late for us... I'm definitely going to be using Pacifio to maintain the car! More
