It was definitely not something you were required to do but it was so nice to see that you were willing to help me. I came to Pacifico Hyundai a bit stressed and confused since I didn't know much about purchasing a car or financing. I'm in the market for a new vehicle to get rid of my 2000 sedan which has recently been causing issues. The representative, Dillon, was very kind and welcoming. He listened to me and genuinely had an interest in helping me make the right decision, rather than pushing me toward something that didn't align with what I needed. Dillon was very resourceful and patient with me as I asked my questions. The Pacifico team made sure I left the dealership with all of my questions and concerns answered which made me feel heard and seen. I will be returning to this dealership to buy my new vehicle as I've narrowed down my list to the new car I want. I recommend working with Dillon or anyone in this office if you are looking for a new vehicle. More
