Outstanding as always! I was in need of another vehicle. My decision to purchase one from the Pacifico Hyundai dealership was a no-brainer. In the past, I've purchased two I was in need of another vehicle. My decision to purchase one from the Pacifico Hyundai dealership was a no-brainer. In the past, I've purchased two of my other vehicles from their organization. Each time I was assisted by the best Sales/Leasing Representative in Philadelphia. His name is Lamont Dean. There are so many things I like about Mr. Dean, such as his patience. God knows he always exhibits the patience of Job when assisting me! Before closing the deal, I did some research and thought I found a better finance rate. He came in on his day off and sat with me to go over all the figures. After reviewing everything, it turned out the rate his finance team came up with was the best rate. The thing that I appreciate the most is his willingness and eagerness to find a vehicle that not only fits the buyer's personality, but more importantly their budget. In my opinion, he goes above and beyond the call of duty. For anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle, I would highly recommend Mr. Dean and his group. More

I actually enjoyed buying this car! I surfed the Internet for new small car prices - Volkswagen, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Kia, Ford, Toyota, Hyundai. Pacifico Hyundai's Accent came up the b I surfed the Internet for new small car prices - Volkswagen, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Kia, Ford, Toyota, Hyundai. Pacifico Hyundai's Accent came up the best. I was pleasantly surprised when Cynthia Crum gave me over the phone the exact price of the hatchback, right to the penny. The very next day, Reggie Jefferson took me to the Pacifico office and within two hours, handed me the papers and the keys to the Accent. It was brand spanking new, only 3 miles on the odometer, and sparkling clean, gleaming in the sunlight. I love that car, and like it more with each day. I am writing this review now to show my gratitude for the friendliness and quick help given by Ms. Crum and Mr. Jefferson. My previous experience with car sales folk has been dreary and a drag but these 2 Pacifico employees make me look back with fondness at their honesty, complete command of their material, and their forthrightness. I actually enjoyed buying this car as much as I now enjoy the car itself! More
Horrible Service Department I took my car to Pacifico Hyundai twice in that last 2 months. Both times I had made an appointment online. I had to make an appointment online because I was unable to get an actual person on the phone in the service department and my voicemail messages were not returned. The first time I went there I waited 3 hours for them to tell me that they needed to order a part. They assured me that they would call when my part came in. After 2 weeks of waiting I finally called to see if the part came in, of course it took serveral attempts and more unanswered voicemails for me to get an acutal person on the phone who told me my part came in quite a while ago. I went ahead and made another appointment to get the part installed, thinking I would have another 3 hours wait I opted to use the shuttle service thist time. 2 days before my scheudled appt, I get a call telling me if I do not call and schedule an appt that they will send my part back! I tried to call them back and tell them that I had an appt in 2 days and not to send my part back, but of course again I was unable to get anyone on the phone and again my voicemail messages went unanswered. I make my appt for 11am and indicated that I would like the shuttle service. When I asked how long the repair would take they said 1.5-2 hours. After waiting an hour and the shuttle still had not arrrived I opted to just wait for my car to be finished. I was there for over 3 hours. This service department is a DISASTER! Please save yourself time and frustration and take your car someone else. In my opinion this dealership only cares about selling cars not servicing them. There is no point in making an appointment with the service department because they will treat everyone as a 'walk-in' and make you wait anyways. More

My salesperson Steve Chromartie worked hard to provide me with not only similar, but better than what I had. Although price was important, I was accustomed to a certain amount of luxury I had with my previous car. Unfortunately, Steve's manager insisted he show me a level below, with cloth seats, no sunroof, etc. to keep the monthly lease at the same level. Steve apologized to me for bringing it out. I almost walked away, but he then brought me out to the lot to show me what he thought I would like, and I loved it! I signed the paperwork and drove out with that car, at a price that I could work with. Thank you Steve for listening and translating what you customers want into a reality. More
