Honestly didn't know what to expect when my wife and I showed up for an appointment made on-line to test drive a new Santa Cruz at Pacifico Hyundai. But Zak Cross was wonderful. He quickly made us feel showed up for an appointment made on-line to test drive a new Santa Cruz at Pacifico Hyundai. But Zak Cross was wonderful. He quickly made us feel comfortable, and in a very short period of time, he confirmed for us the published sale price of the car and we had a deal. He then walked us through the paperwork and even contacted our insurance carrier to facilitate the process. We couldn't be happier I've been telling my friends of our great experience and have been highly recommending Zak and Pacifico. More

When asking about some of the fees concerning a vehicle and seeing what could be done to make a sale today, Chris straight up laughed in my face and said the vehicle would sell no matter. Arrogant, dismiss and seeing what could be done to make a sale today, Chris straight up laughed in my face and said the vehicle would sell no matter. Arrogant, dismissive, and could care less about your experience. He's gonna make money regardless and could give a single care if it's you or not. Steven was wonderful, however.
