Upon arriving to the dealership, I sat down with Acia where we talked about what was most important in my purchase - the payments. He was very open and realistic, which is something I appreciated. He knew that neither of us had time to talk about unrealistic expectations. Next, he showed me my options, where he made sure to give me choices that included featured I really wanted. After looking through the lot, we narrowed it down to a few and made a final choice. The longest part was the paperwork, which is to be expected when buying a car. Acia's attention to what I really wanted in a vehicle and realistic attitude really helped me be comfortable in my decision.
