Professional and friendly My husband and I shopped around for weeks looking for the best price for our 2018 Hyundai Elantra. We visited some dealerships, and left. We not only got a great deal at Pacifico, and Lamont Dean, our sales guy and as real as they come making us feel right at home without even trying. I mean, other sales guys at other dealerships said things like, 'on a scale of 1-10, how likely is it you're buying this car today?'... or ganging up on us using the sales mgr and finance mgr with intimidation tactics ... omg really, c'mon now!!! At Pacifico, there are no hidden surprises and their doc fee's are so low I thought they were kidding! Other dealers have the audacity to charge $500+ which is outrageous and just another way to suck the life out of the buyer. Even the finance manager, Shadi Dandan was super in helping finalize everything. The best part of the experience for us was the friendly, personable, and professional way these guys are.. not to mention their sense of humor was great too! Thank you so much!! More

We usually spend an entire day at the dealership when all is said and done. My experience with Mike as my salesmen was the exact opposite, I test drove the Tucson which is what I went in for. Mike was very knowledgeable about the car, answered any questions and I had and had me signing paperwork within the hour. I was in and out in about 4 hours. I will be sending my friends and family to Mike and Pacifico. Shadi in financing was also efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks to Pacifico I no longer dread the car buying process. More
