Not happy with my experience after the initial day we went in. Apparently I was sold a car from a different dealer so I had to go to a completely different location to complete the remaining paperwork. O went in. Apparently I was sold a car from a different dealer so I had to go to a completely different location to complete the remaining paperwork. Once I arrive there waiting for longer than I anticipated I was advised that the credit rate I was given was now higher than we were previously told. The gentleman that was handling our paperwork said he was on hold with my credit union to see why and said it’s only a little over $2.00 and I did not have a checking account. I have 3 accounts all with checking accounts! He advised me to contact my bank and when I did the bank said the dealership had to contact them. Well this was 2 days ago and I still cannot get it straightened out! I was also told that the car would be detailed which it was only ran through the car wash leaving pet hair all corroded in the seat belt buckles. so I can say this was probably the last time that I will purchase a vehicle affiliated with this company. More

My experience at Pacifico Hyundai was very positive and I will recommend them to whoever asks me about buying a car.
