Perfect Experience!! I live in New Jersey and was extremely interested in purchasing the new Hyundai Elantra. I had called a few local dealerships and expressed my interests in a purchase. I was, s extremely interested in purchasing the new Hyundai Elantra. I had called a few local dealerships and expressed my interests in a purchase. I was, surprisingly, disappointed with their lack of effort if getting the vehicle I wanted. No immediate callbacks, and if I had received a call back, little to no effort to work on obtaining this car for me. When I contacted your dealership, I spoke with Kyle (your internet representative), and Chris. I had to laugh because I had just barely hit the "send" button on my computer after requesting a price quote, and my phone rang immediately. It was Kyle and his pleasant voice and interest in helping me was evident. Their effort and desire to please me and secure this sale was immediately noticed, but no pressure or tacky sales lines were placed on me. Many phone calls to update me were placed throughout the day and I had a real appreciation for their efforts. By the end of the day, they got me the car exactly as I wanted it. Upon agreeing on a time to meet the next day to close the deal, all the details were quickly handled as to payment, price, and promotional extra's. We, then met with Mr. Dwayne Johnson, who handled us from the time we walked into the dealership. It was nice to actually meet Chris, and Kyle made sure he introduced himself and thanked us for our purchase. Dwayne was easy to be with, made sure everything was in order, and very professional. He went over all the paperwork in detail that needed to be signed and processed. He took the time to show us the car, went over all the options this car had to offer, and answered any questions we had. Since we came to the dealership with other family members, he wanted to make sure that my family also had a chance to get in the car and and witness the beauty of this vehicle as well. He's wonderful with follow up, returning calls after we left the dealership to answer any questions we had that we forgot to ask him before leaving. We would describe Dwayne as professional and has a strong desire to work and please his customers. I have always felt comfortable taking my old Hyundai to Pacifico for service. The service department always explain the work that needs to be done in language that I understand and when the service is complete, they always explain further what they did. I can't say enough good things about this dealer. I truly recommend then for Sales and Service. More

Most importantly, I feel like I received a decent price for my 2008 Lincoln MKX. They are not the stereotypical pushy car salesman as they took the time to answer our questions and were very informative. I checked other Hyundai Dealerships online. I came to Pacifico for the following reasons: the price of the car, the interest rate for the financing, and the sales people I felt the most comfortable with, Dwayne Johnson, Sheldon Price and Vince.I do not remember Vince's last name but he was a joy to work with. Dwayne Johnson was an exceptional young sales person with a rare quality in a salesperson, that is he displayed a great sense of concern, care and compassionate for our needs. He also was a strong advocate for Hyundai, but my wife and I spotted the Lincoln MKX and feel in love with it. As Dwayne had another customer, we were aptly taken care of by Sheldon Price who proved to be an exceptional and caring saleperson. We had a truly wonderful experience at this dealership. More
I had been comparison shopping on-line to purchase a new vehicle for over 2 months. I made the decision on what I needed and had set a budget. I was ready to see up close the two cars that I was interested in purchasing. It was a toss up between the Honda CRV and the Hyundai Tuscon. I had called two other nearby dealers, and the sales people were in a hurry to get me off the phone and showed no real interest in my questions. When I reached Pacifico I was fortunate to speak with Chuck Eisler. He was friendly, and engaging. He answered all of my questions; I admit the list was exhausting. Chuck took my number to call me back on some specific items he wasn’t able to address immediately, and called me back within an hour with the answers. I made an appointment later that day to see the car. Actually meeting Chuck was rewarding, he convinced me that the Tuscon was the car for me, he was very knowledgeable about the car and its features, and was able to price the car to fit my budget. Chuck has called a few times after my purchase to ensure that I was still happy with my car. Pacifico is fortunate to have Chuck on their team he made the experience of purchasing my car fun, frankly I completely forgot about the Honda. If you are looking for a new or used car stop by Pacifico Hyundai and ask for Chuck. More

While it is the farthest dealership from my home, I came back to Pacifico for the following reasons: the price of the car, the interest rate for the financing, the promotion of the 42" flat screen for March Madness and the sales people I felt the most comfortable with, Dwayne Johnson and Christopher Harmer. I went to two dealerships and got no where due to them wanting to make money on me as well as wanting to put me in what they wanted. He sold a girlfriend of mine a car and she stated she had the best time as well as got a good deal.So after work one day i said i'll try again go to pacifico to talk with him. When i pulled up low and behold joe was the first to come outside and greeted me. I never told him about being recommended i wanted to see if he would be the same as my girlfriend said he was to her.Right off the bat his approach was sought of like xmas morning fun,exciting,fresh and new. I had been so upset with getting a car that within the first ten minutes of just simply meeting joe i lost all memory of the past couple of weeks. I brought a pre-owned Camry from him and the whole experience was magnificent.Between joe and his sales manager vincent i don't know how they don't sale everybody in the tri state a car. I have read comments on here and see some bad ratings. Trust me when i say don't let a couple of bad apples spoil the bunch. Joe Harmer skills is what car buying should be. On top of giving me wonderful customer service,he treated me like a person not a woman that doesn't know anything bout cars. Trust me if you are in the market go to pacifico Hyundai whether it's for a new or pre-owned car those guys know what it takes as well as know how to treat people.Go see joe and let him know i sent you. The quaranteed price certificate I got from eBay, and brought with me, was ignored. The salesman, a very nice guy, didn't have even basic knowledge about the car.
