Dropped car off at 11:30am without advanced notice, Car was completed by 2:30pm. Needed new rotors and rear brakes, Caliper was stuck on Rear passenger side. Joesph was very nice and helpful in my service (oil change) visit today. He was also very funny, which is a big surprise from the usual service workers that I have encountered at other places. Every time I have had to get my car serviced Joe Roletter has been there waiting to greet me always with a smile and he's been very courteous. I had some issues with my brakes and rotors and I spoke with Tom has been there waiting to greet me always with a smile and he's been very courteous. EXCELLENT customer service: greeted me and checked-in my vehicle faster than I had expected and very informative on recommended service, alternatives, etc. Coffee was good, too. As with all my experiences at Pacifico todays was exceptional. From the moment of making appointment online to the actual service all involved performed there jobs outstandingly. there are a couple things i liked most about pacifico. i was greeted with a smile. they checked my lights and battery in front of me. pointed out my license plate bulb was out.( i took care of it myself eas was greeted with a smile. they checked my lights and battery in front of me. pointed out my license plate bulb was out.( i took care of it myself easy to do). i was able to walk around and check out the cars without overly aggressive salesmen attacking at ever car i looked. had that experience before at other dealerships. before i knew it bob found me in the showroom and my car was done. i manage a electronics retail store and i always train my sales team to be personalable. pacifico does just that. i will be back.
