My experience with Pacifico Ford for my car service was perfect. I went into the dealership for routine maintenance and was greeted immediately by Paul and Tom who were very professional and friendly. The mechanic inspected my vehicle and found a serious problem with m was greeted immediately by Paul and Tom who were very professional and friendly. The mechanic inspected my vehicle and found a serious problem with my cooling system. If this problem wasn’t found prior to me leaving for my vacation there’s a very good chance my car would have broken down. Paul called to notify me on what they had found, he was able to explain the problem and the repair that needed to be performed in terms that I could understand and recommended that the repair be performed immediately due to the nature of the problem and the likelihood of a breakdown. Thanks to the diligence of the employees at Pacifico Ford my vacation went off without a hitch for which I am very appreciative. More

I have always received a high quality of work, without any rework required. Travis and Steve have always met me with a friendly and professional demeanor. My overall experience at the Quick Lane (where I go for my routine maintenance) is very positive. I come here every time, it's quick and complete. As far as price, my vehicle is part of a fleet maintenance program, and thus I don't really have a comparison. I drive my own vehicle so little, that the cost for maintenance on it is negligible. I know a few persons who have purchased several vehicles from Pacifico. Their facilities are like an all-in-one. On their premises you will also find a body shop, service center, one-stop shop for auto repairs without appointments, auto museum, etc. More
