I am the owner of a 2013 GMC Terrain which I purchased in New Jersey Sept 2013. Being a resident of Pennsylvania, I needed to have my vehicle inspected in the state in which my vehicle is registered. I looke New Jersey Sept 2013. Being a resident of Pennsylvania, I needed to have my vehicle inspected in the state in which my vehicle is registered. I looked in the Yellow Pages and found Pacifico Ford 6701 Essington Ave, which I selected because of it's location (Close to where I work) This was my first encounter with Tom Whitte. He was very professional and courteous on the phone and was even more of a professional in person. He took care of my inspection and also a synthetic oil change. I was very happy with the service I received. I had to go out of town the end of the week for a family matter. I wanted to prep my Terrain for the road. I called the dealer where I purchased my vehicle. I was upset that they couldn't fit me in for service. I called Tom Whitte and left a message. He promptly returned my call and got my Terrain in for service the next morning. Not only did he take care of the oil change, he made reccomendations for NitroFill which I did get. He did an all points check and got me on my way in no time. I am now convinced that Tom is a true professional and friend. He is an asset to the Pacifico Ford Co.I am glad that I chose him for my auto needs. I will drop his name to my family and friends for their service needs. My family gets all of our cars from here. We also take our cars to be serviced there. They are always fast and describe what needs to be done for the car. They are also very friendly. Joe Roletter provided outstanding customer service to my government agency's vehicle fleet. He ensured two recall fixes were performed on three Ford Focus vehicles during every visit. My experience with Pacifico Ford for my car service was perfect.
