Initially, I came to Pacifico Ford to have a diagnostic ran on my 2005 Ford Focus. At this time, I had no intentions of buying a new vehicle. While I was waiting for my services to be completed, I decided ran on my 2005 Ford Focus. At this time, I had no intentions of buying a new vehicle. While I was waiting for my services to be completed, I decided to browse some vehicles in the lot. Ziggy helped me get a good deal on a trade in for my already owned vehicle along with all the other possible incentives I qualified for. Ziggy also discussed and helped me to better understand leasing options for the vehicle I had chosen. I am completely satisfied with all services from Pacifico Ford. Thank you, Ziggy! More

Everytime I come to this dealer everyone is friendly and helpful. The pricing could be a little chapter but for the service I receive it is worth a few extra bucks. Earl Hill sold my late husband his last four cars. When it was time for me to get a new car I had no second thoughts to call Earl. My husband had told me so many great things about Earl. The moment I walked in to Pacifio Ford I was treated wonderful and not just by Earl, from his co-workers as well. Earl asked me what I was looking to do with my old car and what was I thinking about doing about purchasing a new car. I told him what I can afford and he showed me cars that were in my price range. My overall experience with Pacifico Ford was wonderful. After a few hours going back and forth with Earl I drove off the lot in my new 2013 Ford Focus. I am the owner of a 2013 GMC Terrain which I purchased in New Jersey Sept 2013. Being a resident of Pennsylvania, I needed to have my vehicle inspected in the state in which my vehicle is registered. I looke New Jersey Sept 2013. Being a resident of Pennsylvania, I needed to have my vehicle inspected in the state in which my vehicle is registered. I looked in the Yellow Pages and found Pacifico Ford 6701 Essington Ave, which I selected because of it's location (Close to where I work) This was my first encounter with Tom Whitte. He was very professional and courteous on the phone and was even more of a professional in person. He took care of my inspection and also a synthetic oil change. I was very happy with the service I received. I had to go out of town the end of the week for a family matter. I wanted to prep my Terrain for the road. I called the dealer where I purchased my vehicle. I was upset that they couldn't fit me in for service. I called Tom Whitte and left a message. He promptly returned my call and got my Terrain in for service the next morning. Not only did he take care of the oil change, he made reccomendations for NitroFill which I did get. He did an all points check and got me on my way in no time. I am now convinced that Tom is a true professional and friend. He is an asset to the Pacifico Ford Co.I am glad that I chose him for my auto needs. I will drop his name to my family and friends for their service needs. My family gets all of our cars from here. We also take our cars to be serviced there. They are always fast and describe what needs to be done for the car. They are also very friendly. Joe Roletter provided outstanding customer service to my government agency's vehicle fleet. He ensured two recall fixes were performed on three Ford Focus vehicles during every visit.
