To whomever reads this e-mail, I can't give enough accolades for "my" service advisor, Thomas Fogleboch. I put "my" in quotes because he offered that professional yet personal touch to my service exp accolades for "my" service advisor, Thomas Fogleboch. I put "my" in quotes because he offered that professional yet personal touch to my service experiences. My first encounter with Tom was a couple of weeks ago. I brought my vehicle in for the first oil change. He was very pleasant. He explained the service that would be performed on my vehicle and patiently answered all of my questions. Approximately two days ago, I came to the service department very early in the morning. Just before going there, someone pulled up besided me and informed me I had no brake lights. Needless to say, I was a little frazzled. I was worried about my vehicle. What could possibly be wrong? Tom (I feel that we are on a first name basis now) was very patient and calm. He told me not to worry, that they would take a look at it and he would let me know what was going on. Thankfully, the bulbs just needed to be replaced. He had me in and out in record time. I was greatly appreciative because I needed to go to work. My two experiences in the service department exceeded my expectations. I thought it very important to write this review to emphasize the good work that Tom is doing on a daily basis. I let him know that every time I come, I am going to look for him! More
On 4/12/13 I made an appointment for an oil change and inspection. I've been coming to this Ford dealership for the longest time. Joe has always given me the best customer service! I was very pleased with the service I received. The service manager was very informative as to time that it would take to complete the job and was on schedule. I trust the service. All employees are friendly and professional. I wait for my vehicle and the waiting area is always clean and comfortable. And coffee is a plus too! It was time for my annual state emission and safety inspection, there service received from Pacifico Ford and Joe Roletter was second to none. I purchased a 2007 Jeep Compass from Pacifico Ford.
