This is by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with, from the exorbitant prices (I saved over $5000 from a Ford delership in Springfield) to the horrendous Customer Service. An employee that I' with, from the exorbitant prices (I saved over $5000 from a Ford delership in Springfield) to the horrendous Customer Service. An employee that I'd lie to single out is Thomas Fogelboch. He treated me with with total disrespect and contempt. When I explained my mileage problem to him, he asked me who my sales representative was. I explained to him that I did not purchase the car from his dealership. He then said to me, very seriously, that "I only go to his dealership for recalls and warranties", I was under the impression that I was able to bring my car to any Ford Dealership. I strongly recommend that you send Mr. Fogleboch back to basic customer service training on how to handle customers.
