I visited this Ford dealer because it was where I had purchased my new F-150 from, and I had some issues that were covered under warranty. I took it in and was immediately greeted and waited on. They che purchased my new F-150 from, and I had some issues that were covered under warranty. I took it in and was immediately greeted and waited on. They checked all types of stuff right away, like my alignment, tired pressure, and battery. I explained the problems I was experiencing, and they worked around my schedule, at my convenience. After some time, the issue was diagnosed and repaired. I am writing this review on behalf of Pacifico Ford due to the excellent customer service I experienced during the whole process. They were quick, and thorough. I also am writing this review on behalf of (Bob) who was the service writer/manager who was taking care of my the whole time. He would constantly call me and let me know all the fine details as to what was gone on, what was being fixed, when I could expect my truck back, and answered any questions I had. He always greeted me with a smile, and in a profession/respectful manner. Bob was part of the reason my visit at Pacifico was such a good one, which to me reflects on the good people this dealer hired, and the friendly environment it has. Bob was great and did everything he could to make me happy! Thanks so much Pacifico & Bob!!!! More
My Lincoln MKX just refused to accelerate past 20 mph one day when I was merging onto the highway. Bob Rauh got to the root of my problem (a bad PCM chip), replaced the chip and my coils and plugs and then m day when I was merging onto the highway. Bob Rauh got to the root of my problem (a bad PCM chip), replaced the chip and my coils and plugs and then made sure that I didn't have to pay a dime for the fix. My car is well past the original warranty and I didn't know that PCMs are covered for up to 8 years by law. Luckily Bob knew and Ford picked up the whole tab which could have run me over $1,000. More
I am a fleet manager for a major company and I can't personally say enough about the service that Steve Dalterio and Andrew Knox render to us time after time, Quick Lane Service Center is great. However it's the Regular service side that I've had issues with as of late, they have been really screwing up our police cars as of late, like they are not even interested. I have brought this to the Service Manager and the GM of the place and by far Tom Flynn is the worst to ever serve in a leadership position in my view. Tom has NO regard for a valued customer and NOT once has he ever thanked for my business as a repeat customer. Everthing is fine until I start complaining about the low-level type service I've been receiving from Pacifico Ford. Just on this past saturday, I encountered the worst service experience by Sean (Advisor) as he was very rude and unprofessional and suddendly this Afro American Mechanic just comes out of no where and started screaming and hollering at me as if he was going to do some bodily hard. I mmediatelly called the operator and reported the incident. Joe (Sales Manager) was great in assisting me with my horrible customer experience. Over the last few months, the level of service by the Technicians on the regular service side has been very bad. Just yesterday, our tow service provider was dispatched to Pacifico to pick up one of our police cars, anyway he was there about hour and half because they stated that they could not find the marked police car. Lastly, the day Tom Flynn leaves the company then I will be glad to come back. In his mind we're just a another face in the crowd. Over this past weekend, I had the awesome opportunity to personally speak with Mr. Pacifico and what a treat it was, he was amazing, I made mention to him that that the entire regular service area needs a serious over-hauling by hiring some associates whom will exhibit true customer related skills to ensure that each and every customer leaves satisified.Just about right, Winner Ford is going to be our best friends in moving forward. As a mater of fact, since I've been going there I've never had a bad experience. John Glearly is the best in the industry when it comes to taking care of the customer. I was a Chief Concierge Manager with the Marriott Corporation for ten yes and has never witnessed bad associates like over at Pacifico Ford regular Service Center. More
