Customer I bought my Focus from Pacifico back in September, 2013. Every time I come in for service Bob takes great care of me. Best experience at a dealership Holly made me think differently about getting my car serviced at a dealership that I didn't buy my car from. Had problems with my ford edge and other Holly made me think differently about getting my car serviced at a dealership that I didn't buy my car from. Had problems with my ford edge and other dealers couldn't fix and she explained what the problem could be and she was correct and no longer have that problem anymore.
