Fast repair time for recall repair I have known Bob for 7 years. He has been my service advisor since I purchased my first car from Pacifico in 2008. I brought my 2008 Ford Crown Vict I have known Bob for 7 years. He has been my service advisor since I purchased my first car from Pacifico in 2008. I brought my 2008 Ford Crown Victoria in today for service due to a recall on parts in the upper portion of the steering shaft. I got there just before 4 PM. The replacement parts were ready and waiting as promised and Bob had my car finished in about an hour, which was way under his initial estimate of 2-3 hours! Bob handles servicing for all of my vehicles and is always pleasant and patient when answering questions and is always diligent on following up with any concerns I might have. More

Pacifico Ford, Good Customer Service All Around My car broke down in Philly while in town to attend a family funeral. Pacifico Ford had decent reviews and so I had my car towed there. I knew it was going to be an expensive repair (spark plug blew out of the head, stripping the threads). Holly McCaffrey, the Assistant Service Manager was understanding of my situation, quoted a fair price knowing my dilemma, and got the dealership shuttle van to drop me back off for the service and pick me up when it was over. My car was ready when I arrived. Pacifico Ford was able to do the job in under 3 hours and had most of the parts in their inventory. The repair seems to be done right. In all, they were able to remove a lot of stress on an already stressful day. More

Nancy was very informative through this process which entailed several trips back to the shop for different parts that were needed to correct my issue I was having with my vehicle. The waiting room was phenomenal. It was comfortable and I was able to get some work done while I waited, as well as relax, while I waited to have my vehicle fixed. I would recommend this place to anyone. More

worst experience ever I purchased my pre owned car at Pacifico. I was assured I could bring it back there for any repairs. Early Nov. my starter died and I had it towed in I purchased my pre owned car at Pacifico. I was assured I could bring it back there for any repairs. Early Nov. my starter died and I had it towed in for a simple repair. One week later I get a call from Bob notifying me that my car was ready. The best part is when I get there my car would not start and no one knew why! Turns out at some point while PACIFIO was in possession of my car which was only diagnosed as needing a new starter someone at Pacifico broke my key fob. I only knew this after PACIFIO gave up on repairing my car 1 week later and had it towed over to Family Dodge down the street. Instead of Bob and his friend Terry Morrison at PACIFIO owning up to thier mistake I was handed the bill for $350 dollar's to replace my key and a $159 bill from Enterprise because of thier refusal to pay the full amount of the rental car I needed to get my family around during 2 out of the 3 weeks they needed to fully repair my vehicle! I was amazed to encounter such brazen bullying and recklessness in dealing with other people's property. I promptly emailed upper management about my problems: Tom Flynn said he would look into helping but I never heard from him again. More
