Annual Inspection-turned Registration Dash I came in for a run of the mill inspection. It was my first time having to go through this process, as this is my first car. So I didn't know I would I came in for a run of the mill inspection. It was my first time having to go through this process, as this is my first car. So I didn't know I would need certain documents to complete the inspection. Nancy helped me figure out what I needed and helped me get everything in time. She even had them start my oil change while we found everything. She tracked down my info and helped renew my registration with a smile. Definitely went above and beyond for me. Excellent In the time frame between 2011 and 2013 I have purchased a new 2011 Escape and 2013 Escape. I have always found the service excellent that I also now have Pacifico service my 2003 F-150 also. Warranty up on the 2013 Escape on Feb 2016 and probably will trade it for a new vehicle 2016. None better I only use Fast Lane or Pacifico Service. They are the best. Prices are competitive and the staff is friendly and very professional. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Pacifico and one of the reasons I keep returning to this dealer is because of the great service department (both Fast Lane and the regular service). Although I usually use Fast Lane for basic service, this visit was a little more complicated. Bob Rauh called to let me know the progress of the repair and answered all my questions in language that I could understand. More
