My rear axle blew out on Friday. Monday morning i i i towed my van in at 10am. Andre took care of everything. I was expecting chaos knowing how car dealerships are but this kid was awesome. He had me in and out in a matter of minutes. He told me my car would take 2 days which was fine considering I know how long these things take. Surprisingly I recieved a call from him at 5pm that same day telling me it was ready to be picked up. When I got there my car was pulled out in minutes. Very friendly environment. I would recommend this place to anybody! Great job!!! And it drives great! I am very pleased! More

Also this past week my check engine light came on which made me a little anxious being as though I have a brand new car. Not only did Nancy soothe my anxiousness but she also took the initiative to call Chapman Nissan to schedule me an appointment. Overall, anytime I have problems with my vehicle and Nancy is working than I know everything will be fine. More
