Service I wasn't happy that my car was held hostage for six (6) days since the dealership received a defective replacement part for my car and the wrong part I wasn't happy that my car was held hostage for six (6) days since the dealership received a defective replacement part for my car and the wrong part for another issue that was to be addressed. The only saving grace was Andres, the assistant services manager. He kept me apprised of the situation on a daily basis. He didn't lie or make excuses. He apologized for the unnecessary that wasn't his fault. I respected him since he took ownership of the problem. It was Andres professionalism and integrity that prevented my experience from being a horrible experience. I understand problems occur however rarely have I seen a manager take responsibility like Andres. He is a valuable asset to your company and I hope he recognized for the excellent customer service he provided. More
