Great service,friendly staff. I took my car in for an oil change and noise coming from under my passenger wheel. They found that I needed a tie rod replaced. The young man Andres I took my car in for an oil change and noise coming from under my passenger wheel. They found that I needed a tie rod replaced. The young man Andres explained that they had to order the part and I could either wait a few hours for the part to be delivered or come back the next day. He assured us that the car would be safe to drive until we could return the following day. We decided to come back the next day and Andres was there to greet us. My car was ready in two hours and we were on our way. More

Great first car exerience I got my first car on Memorial day. I went into Pacifico Ford on the Saturday before with my cousin. I was nervous about purchasing a car. So, I need I got my first car on Memorial day. I went into Pacifico Ford on the Saturday before with my cousin. I was nervous about purchasing a car. So, I needed a few days to think. Due to Tyrell's great customer service I ended up coming back to Pacifico Ford two days later and getting a Mazda 3. I love Riley (my car) and I am glad that I brought a car from here. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy a car from here and to make sure that they ask for Tyrell as their car salesmen. More

SERVICE APPOINTMENT ON TUESDAY I BROUGHT MY LINCOLN INTO FOR SERVICE. I TOLD BOB RAUH THAT ALONG WITH THE OIL CHANGE MY CAR LEAKED WHEN I GO THROUGH THE CAR WASH. HE HA ON TUESDAY I BROUGHT MY LINCOLN INTO FOR SERVICE. I TOLD BOB RAUH THAT ALONG WITH THE OIL CHANGE MY CAR LEAKED WHEN I GO THROUGH THE CAR WASH. HE HAD HIS MECHANIC CHECK AND FOUND NOT CLOGGED HOLES. HE GAVE ME A CAR WASH SLIP AND TOLD ME TO SEE IF IT STILL LEAKED AND IT DID SO HE TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO THE BODY SHOP. BOB IS VERY THOROUGH AND IF HE CANNOT DO SOMETHING THEN HE SENDS ME TO SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP. More
