I received a recall notification from Ford on my 2022 Bronco for windshield. Emailed service and got a reply that a response would be coming but after 4 days I called and was told I would get a call from Bronco for windshield. Emailed service and got a reply that a response would be coming but after 4 days I called and was told I would get a call from Chris but after another week I went ahead and scheduled the work with Robin Ford, not as convenient but scheduled right away. I called Pacifico ford for an inspection and weird noise my truck was making at start up, Steve Dalterio got right to the bottom of the issue and kept me informed along the way with updates not to mention m my truck was making at start up, Steve Dalterio got right to the bottom of the issue and kept me informed along the way with updates not to mention made sure there was a car waiting for me at the dealer as to my truck was gonna take a few days to complete. The team at Pacifico made what I thought was gonnna be a headache as painless as possible not to mention made sure my truck was in tip top shape before releasing it back to me.
