I scheduled an oil change and a recall checkup on a stearing wheel recall. Never had a recall checkup before. But, everything was done fairly quickly and efficiently. I have a great relationship with R stearing wheel recall. Never had a recall checkup before. But, everything was done fairly quickly and efficiently. I have a great relationship with Ruben and the Service group. It's a pain to get to the Essington location from my home. But, the service is great and they take care of me in great manner. So, it's worth the drive. I'd recommend them! Also, Chris Watson in sales is great to work with. He still recognized me almost 6 years after I bought my Fusion Energi!! Good people to work with. More

I was shocked and impressed about their services. My car has a recall and I just went to that location. They taken care of my car just like a vip. I received a video from the technician explained what has done and what the next step will be. I thought I was going to have it the next few days, I was wrong to think about it. I got my vehicle back by 5pm. I took an Uber to pickup my car, they cut the price from my bills.awsome service and thank you so much. Kaley you are the service supervisor! More
