Paul Rubin was the service specialist who helped me. He was awesome. He truly exemplifies what great customer service looks like. He ordered the keys that I needed ahead of time so I didn’t have to wait and he saved me a substantial amount of money by offering me a better option. I’ve never experienced customer service like that before and I will only go to Pacifico Ford for my service needs from now on. Paul was patient, kind and he put My stressful situation at ease. Car inspection made easy. I came into the dealership to get an inspection done for my new car I had bought recently at another dealership. When I first came in I was kind of lo I came into the dealership to get an inspection done for my new car I had bought recently at another dealership. When I first came in I was kind of lost on where to go in the dealership but everyone was very friendly and got me to the right place. Sean was the one to help me out with the inspection and was very friendly to me as soon as I started talking to him. I told him the situation that I just bought the car and really just needed the stickers which he understood right away which made the whole experience easy. More
