Terry was polite and genuinely concerned that I would be able to get to my doctors appointment on time even offering me an uber free of charge ( even though it was further than the mileage allowed ) if need be. Chris was friendly responsive and professional. He made sure that my car received immediate attention. Chris assured me that the air conditioning unit in my 2014 Ford Edge was fixed and if I had any problems at all I could bring it back in within 30 days and they would put the $40. 00 I was charged towards my $100.00 deductible. very satisfied with the prompt quality service I received today.
