To answer your question, yes my wife did and on Saturday March 30, 2019 her 2012 Edge purchased new stopped. It was towed to Pacifico Ford on Monday April 1, 2019 and arrived at 8:30 am. I was informed Wednesday April 3, 2019 that it was possibly an engine issue and it would still be several days before an engine technician would be able to look at my car and an accurate assessment could be made. Be mindful during this period she is without a car. However receiving a call from Mr. Morrison he made it clear what exactly I would be responsible for paying. Not how about you can come get a loaner because we are backed up at this time. I assumed this is just the standard talk and email given to every customer. It is now Friday April 5, 2019, 9:35am still no car. This will be the last time I purchase anything from FORD. The car in question was purchased and serviced at Pacifico so the records are right there showing the car was maintained properly and is under a service contract that was purchased from who, you guessed it (PACIFICO FORD). My family has purchased well over 12 vehicles from Ford both new and used and I have personally recommended well over 25 persons to you who have purchased cars. In closing this is not the normal practice from most dealerships. At Rt 309 Acura anytime they had my car for whatever reason a loaner was provided to me by them as a courtesy. This is inexcusable 7 days and counting without a car. Friday April 5, 2019 at 3:15pm I was informed by FORD that they contacted the warranty company and that they needed our permission to take the car apart. So she will have no car for the weekend. The warranty covers a rental, but we are unable to get one because it has to be approved upon the results reported to them (the warranty company) from Ford’s service department. Maybe Monday April 8, 2019 the repairs can begin. Don’t know for sure just surmising as they are. More

Went to the regular service desk and was informed the the "QL" closed at 6. Fine, left the truck and got call today the the repairs were finished. Arrived today at 5:50 only to find out they were closed! Had the service adviser informed me of this, especially on a Friday, I would have paid my bill over the phone and all would have been well. COMMUNICATION PEOPLE!! You are the front line to the customer, therefore that makes you customer service! And, don't even get me started on why the paperwork wasn't left with, or accessible by another department that is still open...like any other dealership in the Tri-State area!! Sorry to say, but the way my husband feels now, you just may have lost a good customer due to your service department. ...Don't mess with a man and his truck, especially the night before Trout season! Some people on both the sales and service side don't necessarily live up to what you would expect. Paul Rubin is the best mechanic I have ever worked with. He is communicative, responsive, and pays attention to detail. He goes above and beyond what is required. When my car came in for emergency service, he made sure to clean the car for me before I arrived, just to make sure I was happy. This kind of customer service is sorely lacking in today's world. The work that was completed was thorough and done timely. I will never bring my car to any mechanic other than Paul, should he choose to stay in this profession. He has a customer for life. More
