Joe Roletter was my service adviser, and he was very professional in every aspect. I had to bring my F150 in for a transmission issue, and Joe was also able to fit in diagnosing my Sync issue while the professional in every aspect. The transmission is shifting 100% now. In an age where good customer service seems to take a back seat to cost savings, its good to know that there are people like Joe who care about the customer's experience, and a dealership like Pacifico that fosters great employees. I chose Rocky because I saw his picture in my local Newspaper and saw him and spoke to him when I take my car in for service. On my last service visit for my 2009 Escape I was upset because the rear do Newspaper and saw him and spoke to him when I take my car in for service.
