Joe Roletter was my service adviser, and he was very professional in every aspect. I had to bring my F150 in for a transmission issue, and Joe was also able to fit in diagnosing my Sync issue while the professional in every aspect. The transmission is shifting 100% now. In an age where good customer service seems to take a back seat to cost savings, its good to know that there are people like Joe who care about the customer's experience, and a dealership like Pacifico that fosters great employees. I chose Rocky because I saw his picture in my local Newspaper and saw him and spoke to him when I take my car in for service. On my last service visit for my 2009 Escape I was upset because the rear do Newspaper and saw him and spoke to him when I take my car in for service. I walked to the show room and asked Rocky to run the figures on a new Vehicle. As I had stated to Rocky If I buy a new Vehicle I will see him first. He was friendly and respectfull. More

They are very good. Complex problems get fixed promply. Also, they make every effort to accomodate my busy schedule, and usually the parts are available so that I get fixed the first time in for service. I always use Pacifico Ford for my cars. I started in 2006 with my 2006 Ford Focus, and continue to use them for my 2008 Ford Focus. I love the drop off service. I drop my car off at night and it is ready by with my 2006 Ford Focus, and continue to use them for my 2008 Ford Focus. I love the drop off service. I drop my car off at night and it is ready by the time I indicate on the drop off service envelope. Recently, I dropped by car off on Friday, October 28th for state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation, and requested that my car be ready by 12:00pm on Saturday, October 29th. My car was ready at 9am! I was extremely happy since we were having such horrible weather that day. I don’t think they are too expensive. Joe was my mechanic for my most recent visit and even followed up with a phone call a few days later, to ensure everything was okay. Pacifico Ford does a great job! More
