I took my car in for an oil change and whatever it needed now. I needed new wiper blades since they were skipping on the windows. Joe Roletter was my service adviser, and he was very professional in every aspect. I had to bring my F150 in for a transmission issue, and Joe was also able to fit in diagnosing my Sync issue while the professional in every aspect. I had to bring my F150 in for a transmission issue, and Joe was also able to fit in diagnosing my Sync issue while they had the truck. It was ready at the time that Joe promised me it would be done. The transmission is shifting 100% now. In an age where good customer service seems to take a back seat to cost savings, its good to know that there are people like Joe who care about the customer's experience, and a dealership like Pacifico that fosters great employees.
