I dropped my car on Friday 07/30/2021 and the service advisor promised to update me on the following Tuesday 08/03/2021 and she did not contact me. I waited until 08/09/2021 until I made a phone call to advisor promised to update me on the following Tuesday 08/03/2021 and she did not contact me. I waited until 08/09/2021 until I made a phone call to asked for an update on my car. She was not there and someone there told me that they are waiting for VW to approved the fix. Later on that day strangely VW approved the fix and I was able to pick up my car. More

Not happy at all with the past service. We brought the car in to repair the glass top of the sunroof. We got it back and the sliding shade was busted.
