Overall, the dealership is fine. Volkswagen offers free visual multi point inspections which is on the website. The service person I was assigned to did not know about this and said VW doesnt offer that an visual multi point inspections which is on the website. The service person I was assigned to did not know about this and said VW doesnt offer that and has never heard that before. I noted that it is on the VW website and was asked to show the website that advertises that. After showing this to service person, they said they will provide it it this one time since the managers werent around. The service VW provides wasnt something I needed to have approved as a one time courtesy when Ive had it done before at the same dealership. The person was new so I understand they were not aware of the service, but means that the training of new personnel needs to be better. More

Signed a new lease for my ID4 July 5th. Chris E. was super helpful as always. He got me into my now last 3 cars out of the 4 I’ve have/had.
