Archie was very helpful with finding the car I wanted and was very knowledgable about Volkswagen vehicles a Volkswagen was very positive experience. I never received the feeling that I was being pushed into something that I did not want to do. When getting down to business Archie was was informative and told me about me different options and how they work. In the end I was able to drive off the lot with the car I wanted. When I first contacted Pacific VW, Sean Hutchinson "Hutch" returned my call and due to the nature of our needing a car, I was very stressed out and he assured me that he would help us get into a car. He spoke to me like a friend, someone he had known and I didn't feel at all like it was to "try and make a sell". He was very genuine. My fiance and I had to rent a car in the interim and the cost was outrageous. I told Hutch I would contact him when we had some money to put down. That was the first and only dealership we went to and we worked with Hutch. He was great, he really helped us get in to the car we wanted for around the price the price we could afford.
