Once my husband and I were on the lot and shown the car my subsequent concern was about the appearance of the vehicle, particularly the front bumper and added wear around the wheels. Brad was right there to suggest how these issues might be corrected and provided a rough cost. We weren't expecting a perfect car, just something that was decent and reasonably priced for our daughter(s) to drive. Buying a new car can be an ordeal or it can be a pleasure. I've experience both extremes over the past 30 years of buying/driving cars. They did not have the specific optioned model in stock but searched and found the right car. They worked with me on price and were willing to adjust based on other dealer offers. Communication was prompt and they held to their word at every step. There no doubt are other dealers who may sell a car for a few dollars less - or at least will say anything to get you in the door. But it can be hard to put a price on service and attention to detail. The team at Pacific treated me as a friend rather than as an adversary. In short, they value the customer as well as the sale. My experience with Pacific Volkswagen was great. The first day we all walked onto the lot I was asked if I needed help right away. The receptionist at the front desk was very kind. I went to GMC and Martin Chevrolet before coming here. I had to go ask for help over at GMC and at Chevrolet I asked if we could test drive a car. They didn't have it on the lot at that time. The salesperson said it isn't there and walked away. So we left. Chris at Pacific Volkswagen came soon after the receptionist told us to wait. We probably spent an hour or more test driving and looking at the jetta and the volkswagen cc. He spent time showing us the different cars and showed us all the gadgets that came along with the jetta. He was very patient and wasn't pushy. When I was ready to get the jetta I asked for him. This was definately a great car buying experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Ask for Chris Estrada. I am very happy with the car and also satisfied with the price. More

When I submitted my inquiry to Pacific VW, Mr. George Dunbar answered me with a phone call within an hour or so, followed by an email. Mr. Dunbar was patient and persevered, finally getting me to come in and see the available options for a new or used car.
